The Law on Occupational Disease Prevention and Control will practice on May Day

( Abstract )

The condition of occupational diseases that related with the employment safety and health rights and interests of labors is grim. Statistics show that in 2001 the reported cases on such disease increased 13% more than in 2000. The reported figures from the Ministry of Public Health indicate that last year China suffered greatly from dust powder imperil and over 10,000 cases on pneumoconiosis were found and those examined for suffering from the disease were 0.8% higher than in 2000. It was saying that the Law on Occupational Disease Prevention and Control would be practiced on May Day for preventing and controlling the occurrence of the disease from the source...
