Around 11:00 am yesterday, an explosion happened in a wastewater plant in suburban Shanghai. 7 people got kill, 8 injured, and several residential buildings were collapsed. Local policemen, stationed soldiers and more than 200 fire fighters rushed to the site to rescue. The Vice-Mayor and the head of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau went there to command the rescue. The investigation about the cause is going on.
