Organisers:

The Ford Foundation is launching a major new initiative worldwide, the International Fellowships Program (IFP). The program begins in China this year: every year 28 qualified Chinese citizens receive the fellowships from IFP to support their graduate studies for three years in the universities all over the world (including Chinese schools).
