As of August, Yunnan Province has abnormal climate and suffered many times of rainstorm. In half a month, the province has 14 prefectures to be hit by natural calamities like mud-rock flow, hillside landslide and freshets. 3.28 million people in 200 counties and cities suffered from the disasters and 10 cities were flooded.
